The terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the application, website, content, products, and services (collectively referred to as the “Service”) provided by ” Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. 999/9 The Office at Central World, Level 29, Suite 2959, Rama 1 Road, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330 Tel. 0953659995 (referred to as the “Company”).
1.1 Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Service.
By accessing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which establish a contractual relationship between you and the “Company.” If you do not agree to these Terms, you will not be able to access or use the Service. These Terms replace any previous agreements or terms that may have been in place between you and the “Company.” The “Company” may terminate or discontinue these Terms or any service related to you at any time, without notice or explanation.
Additional terms may apply to specific services, such as policies for specific events, activities, or sales promotions. Any additional terms will be disclosed to you concerning the relevant service. The additional terms are supplementary and form part of the general terms for various purposes related to the relevant service. In case of conflicts with the related service, the additional terms will prevail.
The “Company” may amend these Terms from time to time. The amended Terms will be effective immediately upon the “Company” posting the revised Terms or additional policies or terms concerning the relevant service. By accessing or using the Service after such posting, you agree to be bound by the amended Terms.
2. Service Provision
The Service includes the provision of electric vehicle charging station services and the platform technology provided to users of the Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. application or website that is part of the Service (each referred to as the “Application”). It enables users to manage and operate the electric vehicle charging stations displayed in the Application, including booking services, initiating services, changing services, topping up Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money accounts, and using it for payments of services at Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. charging stations.
2.1 Authorization
You shall comply with these Terms, and the “Company” grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to (1) access and use the Application on your personal devices in connection with your use of the Service, and (2) access and use the content, data, and related information provided through the Service, which may be made available for personal use and not for commercial purposes. The “Company” and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
2.2 Limitations
You may not (1) remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any part of the Service; (2) reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by the “Company”; (3) separate, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the Service unless the applicable law prohibits such restrictions; (4) link to, mirror, or frame any portion of the Service; (5) access or use the Service or any part thereof for the purpose of building a product or service that competes with the Service or (6) attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or the systems or networks connected to the Service.
2.3 Service Terms
You acknowledge that various services may be provided under the brand “Company” only.
2.4 Ownership
All services and rights are and shall remain the property of “Company” or the property of its licensors. These terms and your use of the services shall not grant or confer any rights to you: (1) in or with respect to the services, except for the limited license granted herein, or (2) to use or reference the name of the company, logo, product and service names, trademarks, service marks, or any other symbols of “Company” or its licensors.
3. Your Use of the Service
3.1 User Account
To access all parts of the services, you must register and maintain a personal user account (referred to as “Account”). You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in Thailand (if not 18 years old) to sign up for an account. Account registration requires you to provide certain personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, and age, as well as at least one valid payment method to “Company.” You agree to keep your account information accurate, complete, and current. Failure to maintain accurate, complete, and current account information, including expired or incorrect payment methods, may result in your inability to access and use the services or may lead to the “Company” terminating this agreement with you. You will be responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and you agree to keep your username and password confidential at all times. You may have only one account unless otherwise approved in writing by “Company.”
3.2 Messaging
By creating an account, you consent to the services sending you messages (SMS) containing information. These messages are part of the ordinary course of conducting business in relation to your use of the services.
3.3 Network and Device Access
You are responsible for obtaining the necessary network data access required for using the services. There may be rates and fees for data transmission over mobile networks applicable to your mobile device’s messaging data. If you access or use the services from devices capable of wireless usage, you will be responsible for any such rates and fees. You are responsible for obtaining and updating compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the services and any applications and updates. “Company” does not guarantee that the services or any portion of the services will operate on any specific hardware or devices. Additionally, the services may experience abnormal and delayed operation due to internet and electronic communications.
4. Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money Account and Payment for Services
4.1 General Terms of CS Energy e-Money
Your Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money account is used to pay for charging services or other related services at Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. charging stations.
You can top up the value in your Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money account to use for paying for charging services or other related services at Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. charging stations. Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money is used as a digital currency and cannot be refunded unless legally required.
The value you top up in your Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money account is considered a prepayment for paying for charging services or other related services at Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. charging stations only.
Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money is not associated with credit cards, credit lines, overdrafts, or deposit accounts. The amount loaded into Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money does not accrue interest, dividends, or any other income that the company would have to pay or credit to you.
The Value in Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money is not guaranteed or endorsed by any individual or legal entity. The funds held in any Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money account cannot be transferred to another Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money account.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit the use of Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money if we believe it is unauthorized, fraudulent, or in violation of the law.
4.2 Topping Up Your Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money Account
You can top up your Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money account through the Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. mobile application on your Android or iOS device, as provided by the company.
The value of your Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money account is subject to the following conditions:
The minimum amount is 50 THB, and the maximum remaining balance is 20,000 THB. However, the company may change the minimum amount and maximum remaining balance in the future, and you will be notified of such changes through the Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. mobile application. These changes do not amend the terms of this agreement.
4.3 Payment for Services
You can use the value in your Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money account to pay for charging services or other related services at Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. charging stations. If the value of services exceeds the remaining balance in your Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money account, you must top up your Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money accounts with a higher value before making the payment.
The payment for services includes applicable value-added tax.
4.4 Fees
The fees for opening, using, or topping up Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money are determined by the bank or the company designated for this purpose.
4.5 Transaction Statements and Receipts
You can check the remaining balance or credit past transactions in your Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money account through the Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. mobile application.
4.6 Refunds
The value in your Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money account cannot be refunded or converted into cash or credits unless legally required or specified in the terms of this agreement. Any rewards, benefits, or sales promotion activities can only be used within the designated timeframe.
4.7 Handling Complaints
The company reserves the right to adjust the remaining balance of your Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money account if we believe there has been an error in billing or account-related issues. If you have any questions regarding your transaction history, accuracy, disputes related to any transactions, or the resolutions made to your Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money account, please contact our customer support team:

The company will investigate, provide results, and make necessary corrections to your account based on the findings.
5. Liability Limitations
5.1 Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from accidents, force majeure events, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, lost data, or any damage or loss of property related to or resulting from the use of any services. The company and its officers, directors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with (1) the use of services or products obtained through your use of services, (2) your violation or breach of these terms, (3) the use of user-generated content by the company.
The company reserves the right to change various services, including service reservations, service initiation, service modifications, and Charge To Earn Co., Ltd. e-Money top-up, and payment for services.
6. Legal Enforcement
The use of services, and interpretation of terms, agreements, and conditions shall be governed by Thai law through the process of amicable settlement in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the Arbitration Committee of the Ministry of Justice, which shall be in effect at the time a dispute is proposed for amicable settlement. Both parties to the contract shall bear the costs of arbitration and other expenses associated with the arbitration process equally. In the event that an arbitrator is appointed as a referee, the arbitrator appointing the referee shall determine the fee for the referee.
7. Other Provisions
7.1 Copyright Infringement Claims
Claims of copyright infringement should be submitted to the designated representative of the company. Please visit the company’s website at www.csenergytech .com for the specified address and additional information.
7.2 Notices
The company may provide notifications through the following means: general announcements within the service, sending emails to your registered email address, or communicating in writing to the address specified in your account.
